5th May Blood test CRP: 321.5 Di-Dimer 1.19 8th May Blood Test CRP: 76.1 Di-Dimer 2.37 11th May Blood test CRP: 41.5 Di-Dimer 1.95 The patient is given 10 doses of Methylprednisolone 16 mg and 4 dose of 12 mg (as on 12.05.2021) + 7 dose of Riveroxaban 15 mg What should be the further medication?
