D and C is a minor procedure. You should not eat anything prior to the surgery at least 6 hours prior. If you are a thyroid patient please take your tablets before the surgery. You will be given short general anaesthesia where you will be asleep. After the procedure after3 hours you can safely have food. You should be resuming work in 3 days. Any queries kindly contact me for appointments.
