First of all do not be scared.ultrasound is observer based evaluation and doctor has found multiple cortical cysts in fetus kidneys. Ultrasound sends sound waves down the mothers uterus and the reflections are measured so to remove any error please get a 4 dimensional view and if it's already done please get a second opinion. Get a fetal echo done and a proper level2 sonogram to rule out any other fetal malformation
Next Steps
get the baby delivered at a place with a good nursery or any big hospital

I would advice you to meet an obstetrician who has interest in fetal medicine or a perinatogist who could give the implications and correct advice possibly in conjunction with a neonatalogist. Pl dont rely on the net where you get confused.
