Hi, My brother is having occasional pain in abdomen frequently, in 2021 he did sonography us abd and at that time doctors told there's no need for surgery, today my brother took another sonography test, attaching the soft copy below, please help rather there's need for surgery and will pain subside after surgery or not, or it'll be relived by medicinal treatment,
