Sir i have done some test. usg of kub and pelvic floor kidney size :normal prostate size : normal but doctor said a cyst in my seminal vesicle. what should i do?

You should meet to surgeon.Get done Ultrasonography of pelvic region.Also get done semen analysis also.With all reports meet to doctor and take his opinion and suggestion .I don't think it is going to create any problem.
