Cylindrical power increase
I am 26. In 2018 I had -5.50 sph, -0.25 cyl in right eye and -5 sph, -0.75 cyl in left eye. Now in 2021, I have -6 sph, -1 cyl in right eye, and -5.50 sph, -1.50 cyl in left eye. Is this cylindrical power change in 3 years is due to Keratoconus? Does this change in cylindrical power the onset of Keratoconus?

Hello Change in cylindrical power does not mean you have keratoconus. Cylindrical power does change with age As keratoconus is progressive condition, cylindrical power changes frequently in keratoconus. Moreover there are many other signs that help us to detect keratoconus
