Does cylindrical power changes with age.
My daughter is 12 year having high cylindrical power in both eyes. When is first diagnosed with high cylindrical power, Doctor has done topography two years back which came normally. However, subsequently her cylindrical power is increased by 0.75 in both eyes.

Yes it does especially during teenage years. However meet an ophthalmologist and repeat the corneal topography. If it is normal, I will advice periodic follow up

Yes, cylindrical power can change with age. Infact spherical component can add to the prescription with age.
Please ask her not to rub her eyes and to minimise work on mobile wherever possible.
Ask her to play outdoor games.

It increases more, if child is rubbing eyes regularly and watching a lot of screen time like mobile.
