Cylindrical lump
Sir/ma'am I have a lump which I feel is cylindrical and has some semi solid appearance on touching it. It's of same size as of earlier and present since last yr lockdown. I am having no symptoms and bowel moment are also same. This lump is near anal opening below testicles. It can only be felt if I press it hard with finger and thumb. Sometimes it changes it position also like 2-3 cm here there, but main region is same. I pressed it hard and had few drop of fresh red blood coming from anal opening. Is this something serious? Kindly guide, I have attached photographs for reference.

You can consult a surgical specialist near you for opinion. From my side it looks like an inflammatory or infective issue. Need to be examined thoroughly
