Cylindrical power is different in both eyes .In my  left eye it is  -0.75 and in right eye it is  -0.5

Small number ,need not to worry.just wear your prescribed glasses.

Hi, that is a very negligible difference and you need not worry. use glasses as advised by your eye doctor, get frequent checkups for monitering any changes.

If your vision is better after wearing the spectacles then this negligible difference doesn't matter.. constant use of glasses is advised
