Cyclic mood swing, difficulty sleeping
For a long time, i m feeling depressed, tired and it happens in cyclic pattern. I start feeling sad, worthless and tired, reached to point where i feel i can't do anything else, anxiety, helplessness and wants to end my life. After passing that phase i feel prolong stillness as nothing matters then i get up one day start envolving in daily chores, interacting and participating in things around me with equal enthusiasms.bt then it strikes again and drains out all the energy frm me. During those difficult time, m not able to sleep, experience fatigue all the time. Feels like shouting on even trival things, bt keep it inside which kills me more. And involve in self blame.

Hi. I can understand what you must be going through. The symptoms that you have mentioned is clearly indicative of depression. But further evaluation will be needed about the phase in which you will feel better to come to a conclusion regarding definitive diagnosis. It could be suggestive of recurrent minor depressive episodes or even a soft bipolar disorder. You should seek a psychiatric consultation for a complete evaluation. You will also need to undergo certain blood investigations like thyroid profile to rule out any underlying medical condition. Treatment with antidepressants will help you feel better.
Next Steps
Seek a psychiatric consultation.
Health Tips
Start exercising daily. Initiate treatment as early as possible to attain better response.
