Cut on left eyebrow

I have a cut on my left eyebrow...and in the middle area there isnt any eyebrow hair..i always have insecurites about it and always try to cover it by applying kajal over it...my question is weather i can get it done fix? If yes ,then ehat will be the price range for it ? Thankyou Plz do reply
