I am 37 years old man...last 4 days I have current like shock in my calf and ear which comes and goes for 2 sec ...I have taken a tab vivocal k2 7 fir the last 3 days and the frequency of the shock in calf is almost gone but in ear it comes and goes ...i also feel my left ear in which the shock is coming is full

You may get an ENT Check up done to rule out any infection in your ear which might be causing inflammation and pain . Impacted wax may also cause acute pain in ear. An ENT examination is required.
Pain and cramps in calf muscles may be due to Vitamin deficiency . Please get your VIT B12 and VIT D3 level checked . Supplements may be prescribed to you in case of deficiency .
