Cure for pain in knees
Please tell cure for pain in knees .at age 70 now.pain since 20 years.much difficulty in walking.have tried some ointment but not much relief

Have you taken an X ray for the same .. there may be osteoarthritis of the knee at this age.. if pain is unbearable pls go for Physiotherapy which will provide you pain relief and provide you with exercises
