CT value is the following. Tested positive for COVID yesterday. What does this below value mean? What value is considered COVID negative?

I am currently following doctors prescription and under home quarentine. SPO2 is above 95 and below 99. Just curious to know about these CT values!

From Ct value you are safe for others. Your Viral load is low and you may not transmit disease to others.
But low Ct value doesn't mean that you can't suffer. Yes, you are slightly better than those who have low Ct value and high viral load.
This is all relative.
