CT shows liver enlargement
I have taken CT Enterography abdomen and it shows Hepatomegaly with diffuse fatty infiltration - steatosis grade 3 and splenomegaly. Is this serious case ?

It is very important to loose weight, follow diet and lifestyle.
And to rule out some serious causes by some further tests.

Gr 3 steatosis is fatty liver. You also have enlargement of spleen. In my opinion you need UGI ENDOSCOPY ,fibroscan, lipid profile, blood sugar ( fasting + PP ) , LFT .
You also have to check your weight.
