Can anyone help to understand CT scan results and what to do next
FINDINGS:
A small calcified nodular opacity seen along the fissure in lateral segment of right
middle lobe measuring 3.7 mm – suggestive of healed granulomatous lesion.
Few subcentimeter sized , non-calcified lymph nodes are seen in prevascular, para
aortic,AP window, precarinal, largest measuring 9.1 mm in AP window region.
