Impression; hepatomegaly with hemangioma in segment VII of right lobe oo liver. A tiny cortical cyst ms- 8mm×5mm is seen in left kidney at upper pole s/o simple cyst. Urine re,me,cs, is normal Blood report - CBC, rft,lft,USG is Normal Plz advice

There is no need for any treatment for haemangioma its only dilated blood vessel Small renal cortical cyst is not the cause of concern
Next Steps
u just need to follow up by doing ultrasound once in 6 months
