  4. Ct scan report. Can improve it?

I am attaching my ct scan report. And 10 days before I had a c Section delivery. My spo2 is 97. Aapne fever remains between 100 to 102. What to do? Should I get admitted to hospital or taking medication can improve it ? Please give suggestions. Thank you in advance.
