Report is suggestive of Extrinsic allergic alveolitis which is another name for Hypersensitivity Pneumonitis. This disease is usually associated with a significant exposure to allergen which causes inflammation in the lungs. This disease can present as two varieties: fibrotic HP and Non Fibrotic HP, as in this case. Prompt consultation and treatment is necessary to stop further progression of the disease.
