If a person had abdominal ct scan and everything is fine in the imaginary, that does mean he has not sarcoma ? It's confirmed ?

Why are you asking about sarcoma specifically?Do you mean cancer in broad way or is it detected to have sarcoma previously and now CT scan has been done for some purpose?Please share proper history and details
