CT-Guided Fine-Needle Aspiration 
I have undergone through the above test since I have been suffering from severe back pain and in MRI scan it shows multiple blocks damaged in spine. Report as below. Cytological features are those of granulamatous inflammation consistent with tuberculous inflammation. What does it mean, please explain what is it and my next action plan.
