CSOM infection
Sir i am suffuring from CSOM, MY ONE ear completly damage can't able to hear and there is small hole in middle of the another ear.. Doctor refer me antibiotic... How can i get ride of this infection... Is it will be possible to get well my complete damage ear without surgery

In case of csom there is a hole in the ear drum which makes the middle ear prone for infection.the only permanent solution is to repair the ear drum
If don't want surgery good hygienic measures needed to make ear free of infection.
