Crusty nipple
Last month I was having itching and tingling sensation in my left breast and then I checked my breast I saw a healed scab on my left nipple and then I applied coconut oil and peeled it and after 1 week I again saw scab on my nipple and then again I peeled it and now I have scab again.I'm worried.Please let me know if it is nipple eczema or Paget's disease

It may be an excessive discharge from the nipple. You may try to squeeze your nipple and see if some secretions come.
You should consult a Gynaecologist or a General Surgeon in your area so that a proper diagnosis is made and treatment advised.
