you must have a bite problem or occlusal problem which cause your teeth to fall apart and be infected. it is caused by a traumatic bite. please see
a TMJ dentist or orthodontist.
It could be possibly because of enamel or dentinal hypoplasia leading to easy fractures of tooth crown / chipping off , I will suggest you to see a dentist , capping of such teeth can be done to restore function and aesthetics !
Next Steps
It’s a progressive condition so I would advice to to visit a dentist soon for early intervention
It has to be investigated whether you have caries in your teeth causing them to break or an enamel disorder which may be present. The treatment plan depends on the diagnosis. Consult a good dentist in your area.
