CRT is a technique which is not meant for all people. It may benefit some people but it can cause some other side effects or discomfort. It's very hard to comment on CRT without running a few tests on your eyes. A vague reply won't be helpful in case of this scenario. Continue using the your glasses for now. Please do not try to start CRT yourself without consulting an expert.
Next Steps
If your spectacle power stays constant for a couple of years, u can opt for LASIK /SMILE
Health Tips
CRT is still an evolving technique and it may be painful for some people.
