Those values will take time to reduce..your CRP might rise n fall in next 2 months..it's called long vivid syndrome..But there's nothing to be worried about.. Take paracetamol when ever you are feverish Have plenty of water..your high markers will be washed away by your kidneys.. If you feel you have an infection..don't hesitate to consult a doctor and get antibiotics

borderline you have to be on vitamins, plenty of water and protein and high fibre food.. work out regularly continue deep breaths.. don't worry about the high values..it will be normal on its own..
