Cronic acute dandruff(extra dry scalp)

Hi doctor, I am suffering from extreme dandruff(thick and big flakes) on my scalp.My scalp is extra dry as well as skin.even just after shampoo these skin condition like dandruff is visible. I tried oil but same result. i am using Loeal clear shampoo. If I comb once my dress is getting white with those flakes and somewhere it's little hard I scratch it out of my scalp as it's eachy. Need something to get rid of this scalp condition. Please help.
