Itchy dandruff ( both dry and stubborn ) dandruff in my scalp. I have applied various anti dandruff shampoo as well as anti dandruff screams, oiled my hair but still my dandruff is back. I have heaps , lumps of dandruff at certain areas on my scalp which is itchy and since I try to get rid of it ( I use nails) and I am able to remove it manually but within couple of minutes the heap of dandruff is back. It even cuts my scalp and seems like a watery fluid is excreted when I scratch my dandruff with my nails. I want to get rid of the pile of dandruff on my scalp.

Thanks for the query. Severe dandruff could indicate dandruff itself which is significant or can indicate beginning of some other skin condition like Seborrheic dermatitis or Scalp psoriasis. Based on your description of pain on the scalp it looks like a superficial bacterial infection usually caused by staphylococcus aureus. Sometimes they co-exist with fungal folliculitis and can be determined with more precision during a consultation. Kindly consult a dermatologist for exact diagnosis and treatment plan. It is also important to prevent their relapse once you have got it cured. A decolonization regimen suggested by your doctor will help.
Next Steps
Nizral or Conaderm are good antidandruff budget shampoos.
