Cricopharyngeal Web can be congenital or developed due to GERD or other gastric and oesophageal issues.
It hampers the neuromuscular coordination of the oesophageal muscles. The web-like structure in the oesophageal muscles wall can cause difficulty in swallowing.
It needs to be treated in a holistic approach for complete recovery.
Holistic approach is -
1. Surgery for oesophageal dilatation if pain and difficulty in swallowing.
2. Homeopathic medicine before and after surgery to reduce inflammation of the oesophagus, to decrease the recurrence of the web and to correct other underlying GI causes which might trigger the problem again.
You need an expert Gastroenterologist and Homeopathic physician asap.

Cricopharyngeal web is due to in vitro iron deficiency .
Medicine will temporarily reduce the pain and other effect
But this cannot be cured with medicine , surgery is the best option.

Your child has a cricopharyngeal web, which is a thin membrane in the upper esophagus that can cause difficulty swallowing (dysphagia). The standard treatment, as done in your case, is endoscopic dilation, where the web is stretched or cut to allow food to pass more easily.
I’ll need to take a proper case of your child with all it’s history which includes mothers pregnancy history as well as your child is just 9 years old
