I can give you the list off low potassium vegetables but you have to eat them leached so that the potassium will cum out off it , then u can cook it
Low-potassium vegetables:
Broccoli (raw or cooked from frozen)
Cabbage
Carrots (cooked)
Cauliflow
Corn (half an ear if it's on the cob)
Green beans or wax beans
Kale
White mshrooms (raw)
