Cremaffin and 8th month pregnancy

I am about to complete 8th month of pregnancy. I had been operated for fistula in ano 4 yrs back had bleeding piles in past as well. From 4th month of pregnancy having bleeding per rectum occasionally but it's getting worse this month. Stools are soft. Doctor has prescribed Duphalac but it's not working for me. Can I have cremaffin plus syrup as even a slight pressure causes bleeding while defecation. Thank you
