Creatinine rise
I have CKD and was stable with a creatinine level of 2.2, urine creatinine around 19, and 1+ proteinuria for the past three years. My nephrologist prescribed Telma 20 to manage proteinuria, though I have no high blood pressure or diabetes. After starting Telma 20, my creatinine rose from 2.2 to 2.6 and remained there for three months. When the dose was doubled, it increased to 2.76, after which the doctor stopped Telma. Despite this, my creatinine rose further to 2.8, 2.9, and recently to 3.04. Additionally, my protein-creatinine ratio fluctuates, with protein rising to 90 and the ratio increasing to 4.7. My proteinuria now alternates between 1+ and 2+. I also stopped Septran (taken twice weekly) after my creatinine reached 2.8. I currently take Nodosis (three times daily), Cretlow (twice daily), Bun Proforte (twice daily), Docxis Q10, and Dapadoc on alternate days. Despite regular nephrology consultations, I am concerned about my CKD progression and seek further guidance.

I would like to understand the reason for your CKD. in this case, Telma can increase your creatinine initially but if the creatinine is persistently high after stopping Septran and Telma, the other possible causes needs to understand.
Next Steps
I would like to rule out the infection part.
Health Tips
Keep Monitoring the renal functions and if the infection is noted try to avoid Telma or Dapagliflozin

Until and unless ,the proteinuria is not controlled, your kidneys wil get damaged Telma is the 1st tab which is known for helping your kidneys and preventing it's progession If you chase behind serum creatinine but not protein in urine Then you have not understood your disease Ratio of 4.7 is too high With help of telma and dapadoc if protein loss is well under control Then serum creatinine is not to be worried Or else You wil lose your kidneys way earlier You are on so many tablets which have less evidence to protect your kidneys some antioxidants probiotics n al But not on telma Understand your disease, or else ask ur nephrologist to explain to in more detail Don't chase behind creatinine
Next Steps
wil need to know more details about ur case i am commenting the most basic part of saving the kidneys
