Hello, I need to find about Creatine. I am lifting weights since some years but never built quality muscle. My goal is to build good physique and stay fit. I am a vegetarian and have started eating eggs. Creatine seems to help build muscle and increase strength. Can someone help me with some guidance on Creatine.
