Hi there.. your question is incomplete, as you haven't mentioned about what you want to know.. bp 130/80 is good control.. continue same bp medicines and diet like salt reduction, avoid salted canned foods like pickle, do regular exercises like walking... And coming to creatinine-1.5, it's definitely high than normal(0.8-1.2).. it could be due to chronic effect of high bp on kidneys.. if the patient is diabetic, it adds on to the damage to kidneys.. please consult physician once soon..
