High blood pressure during pregnancy and
I am 34 weeks pregnant and I am recording a blood pressure of 135/85 sometimes 130/90 etc...also the baby weight in th last scan was around 2.1kg with AC lag of 2 weeks please suggest how can I improve on both the bp and the baby weight and does resting in rease blood pressure?

Take protein rich diet and supplements Keep fetal movement count and get Doppler scan and afi levels checked Keep watch on bp. If bp increases more than 140/90 then medications can be started
