My grandfather is 88 years old and I've heard and researched that Creatine is a great supplement even for old age people for strength with a 7 days 20 gm loading and then a 3-6gm maintenance phase. Your views and recommended dosage please.

No not at all... You shud avoid giving creatine to a old person..
It is like unnecessary putting extra load on kidney to work and can have many other side effects.
Better tell him to eat high protein meal. To increase strength
