Cramps for 3 days but no period
One week before I have mild cramps with stomach on left side which is pricking type pain and sometimes on left side . Oct 4th was period due date.. but period not started so I tested on Oct 5th using pregnancy kit but it was negative. From Oct 4th onwards I have cramps and leg pain for about 10 minutes in the morning... then it goes away... Oct 5th morning and Oct 6th morning also this takes place.. but no periods yet... plz reply in detail

Wait till 11th of October
get an ultrasound done to find out the reason for the pain
