Cramps but not period
I have regular 28 days cycle. now i'm on 26th day i have sudden sharp pain like periods cramp under stomach slight left while doing work or walk. it's not longer just came while doing some heavy work for past 3days. please clarify me.thanks in advance.

Sometimes before periods its normal to have cramps. If it persists, get an ultrasound and then post the report?
