If you mean to say that you suffer from severe dysmenorrhea or pain during your periods every time.... there can be a lot of reasons to it like endometriosis ,ovarian cyst, fibroid uterus ,congestive dysmenorrhea...
so it is advisable to get done at least an ultrasound pelvis to know the reasons

Get an ultrasound done and visit a gynaecologist. You can be prescribed medicine to abolish period pain after usg.
