Cracking sound from knees and ankles
I am 21 yr old male, from past one yr i have been noticing cracking sound coming from knees and ankles while standing from ground. what are the reasons behind it and what may be the possible treatment

All joints make sounds that's because there is popping of air bubbles that are contained in the synovial fluid across all of them
Some people have less clicks and some have more
