Crack over penis foreskin

Asked for Male, 26 Years

Hello doctor, since last 3 days i could see few peels or cracks of 1 mm over my penis foreskin. I got married about 6 months back and we are trying for pregnancy. Because of this issue, i feel discomforts in sex. Could you please advise.
