Hi doctors i found last 8 month crack on my penis foreskin and also i consult to dr. He advice to do operation of fore skins. Need ur best suggession on same

Its unfortunate ur dealing the issue, usually its get managed or resolved at marriage or honeymoon. Gd, thanks for trust in Ayurveda, sedentary life, or raised sugar or family history may culprit for u. Great u had opinion of ur family dr or surgeon? Or sexologist? Any way to share confirm need ur local exam n complete medical history, so u can visit in person to surgeon, till then apply mix of coco oil n camper where n around crack.. hope it sooth but need to evaluate the condition
