Cow milk contains bovine insulin that's allergic and often linked with development of type 1 diabetes and lots of evidences showed that milk is not a good food choice for diabetics. So if she like milk than you can use soya milk in moderation. She can take it at night. Don't rely too much on milk and give her several much better alternatives. Take care and keep good care of little angel.
