Cow milk for diabetic
Hi, my daughter had type 1 diabetes and i want to know should she drink cow milk with type 1 diabetes or milk is to be avoid in type 1 diabetes or which milk is suitable for her and how much and at what is good time to drink milk please suggest me.

Cow milk contains bovine insulin that's allergic and often linked with development of type 1 diabetes and lots of evidences showed that milk is not a good food choice for diabetics. So if she like milk than you can use soya milk in moderation. She can take it at night. Don't rely too much on milk and give her several much better alternatives. Take care and keep good care of little angel.
