I have scheduled COVID vaccine appointment for tomorrow . Can I get vaccine if I had cough some days back . Also my brother is diabetic and he had itchy throat two days back is it advised to take vaccine . Thank

For diabetes there no contraindications .. he can take vaccine. But if you currently have any covid like symptoms then first go for RTPCR and if it comes negative then you can get vaccine.

No if u have symptoms pls get Rtpcr done..u shud be confirm negative before taking vaccine. If positive take vaccine with a gap of 3 4 months
