For diabetes there no contraindications .. he can take vaccine.
But if you currently have any covid like symptoms then first go for RTPCR and if it comes negative then you can get vaccine.

No if u have symptoms pls get Rtpcr done..u shud be confirm negative before taking vaccine.
If positive take vaccine with a gap of 3 4 months
