Covide showing 5% in HRCT

Asked for Male, 35 Years

I have tested negative in RT PCR 19 days back. Now in HRCT it is showing 5% in ct severity score. Co-rads-1. I have little cough. Dry mouth in nights. Since 2 days. Sometimes I fell pain around my penis. I had gastic trouble because of covide. Taking sucral and Pan-d tablet. Since I am using sucral I am get little pains around penis. I have done kidney function test and found ok. Please advise mediation. I am unable to consult doctor. Because bank blocked my payment with Practo.
