Covid+ve cases
As lot of people are getting covid, getting related test are also taking lot of time. What should patient take care during that time or is there something that can be done based on symptom and does not require waiting for the tests? She is covid +ve and having tightness in chest.

Rapid antigen test for covid is less sensitive but report come fast...whereas RTPCR is much more reliable...so patient with rapid antigen positive is sure positive for RTPCR & rapid antigen negative can also be  positive for RTPCR...so for immediate result can go for rapid antigen...if she is RTPCR covid positive then watch for symptoms,monitor temperature & saturations. Tightness in the chest & breathlessness has to be evaluated & started covid management
