Covid vaccine for diabetic patient
Hi..my husband is having diabetes since last year...and not taking any medicines...as he is trying to control it by maintaining good diet and regular exercise. Today sugar level is tested. Before breakfast it is 242 and after it is 380. My question is that, Is he allowed to take covid vaccine in this condition?

He is allowed to take the vaccine because diabetes increases his risk for covid. However simultaneously, sugars need to be controlled better, he may require medicines because diet and exercise alone is not sufficient
