I was covid positive 3 months ago I took covishield vaccine yesterday from yesterday night I am having fever and whole body pains and feels weakness is anything to worry I took 1× procin. tab still feeling some pain and little fever can I take one more tab

Mild to moderate fever after vaccination is common. U can take paracetamol for that . But dose depends on the severity of symptoms.
