I had my 1st dose of covishield on 12/06/2021, later it was observed fever I took paracip 650 tablets is it ok or Dolo 650 preferable.

Both contains Paracetamol 650mg, the difference is ONLY of the brand. You can take anyone you want and can take one tablet upto three times a day if fever is not controlled.
